Moving tote rental works in four steps: you book a package sized to your home, Bin There, Tote That! delivers cleaned and sanitized plastic totes to your door with a hand truck included, you pack and move at your own pace over a two-week rental, and we pick everything up free from your new address when you're done. Rentals start at $97 as of July 2026.
What you never do: drive to a store, fold a box, buy tape, rent a dolly, or haul a mountain of flattened cardboard to the recycling depot afterward. The parts of moving that feel like errands are our job, not yours.

On delivery day, your totes arrive at your door anywhere in the Portland and Vancouver metro area, washed and sanitized since their last move, lids attached. The standard hand truck rides along at no charge. There's nothing to assemble and nothing to sign for a warehouse: open a lid and start packing the same hour.

This is your part, and the totes make it the easy version of itself. No tape, no folding: fill, snap the lid shut, stack. Because every tote is the same size, they build tight, stable columns in the truck instead of a cardboard pyramid, and the loaded stack rolls out on the dolly instead of being carried. Rain on moving day? Sealed lids mean your things stay dry between the porch and the truck.
Totes are crush-proof, so the bottom of the stack survives exactly like the top. Pack books without guilt.

Need more time? Just tell us — at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date — and you'll pay our discounted early extension fee instead of a standard late fee.
Early extension fees apply only when the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date and is confirmed by Bin There Tote That in advance. Extensions are subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup, or after pickup has already passed without prior arrangement, fall under standard late return fees below.

It helps, but it's not always required. When you book, we agree on a delivery window, and if you won't be around we'll work out a drop spot like a porch or garage. Pickup works the same way: stack the empties somewhere accessible, call or text us, and we'll take it from there.
Every package includes a two-week rental window, which covers packing, moving day, and unpacking for most moves. If a closing date slips or unpacking drags on, added time is available; just call or text (971) 402-0969 before your window ends and we'll extend the rental.
Every order includes cleaned and sanitized totes with attached lids, a standard hand truck at no charge, free delivery, free pickup, and the two-week window. Extra totes, added time, and an upgraded convertible dolly are available at checkout if your move needs them.
When the last tote is empty, call or text us. We collect all the totes and the hand truck from your new address, free, including cross-river moves between Oregon and Washington. There's nothing to break down, return to a store, or recycle; the totes go back into the fleet for their next move.
Call or text and we'll bring extras; additional totes are one of our three add-ons. It happens a lot, usually around the kitchen and the closet, so don't agonize over the initial count. Start with the package that looks close and adjust once you're elbow-deep in packing.
