These terms cover your use of this website and set out the basics of how our rental service works. Booking a rental is confirmed by us directly; the details of your specific rental (package, dates, addresses, and price) are those we confirm with you at booking.
The service
We rent reusable plastic moving totes in four flat-rate packages, delivered to your address and picked up from your new address within our Portland and Vancouver service area. The standard rental period is two weeks; extensions are available by arrangement. A standard hand truck is included with every package.
Your part
You agree to use the totes for ordinary household or office moving, keep them out of standing water and away from open flame, and not pack the items we list on our what not to pack guide (fuels, chemicals, and other hazardous goods). Ordinary wear and tear is expected and is our responsibility, not yours. If a tote is lost or damaged beyond ordinary wear, contact us and we will sort out a fair resolution.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup are free within our service area and are scheduled in agreed windows around your move date. If your dates change, tell us as soon as you can and we will move the windows with you.
