Do you deliver totes to Pearl District condo towers and lofts?

Yes, every building in the district, at no delivery charge. Converted warehouses, newer towers, and the townhomes between them all get the same service: cleaned totes and a hand truck brought to your unit, not left at the curb. Tell us the building name when you book so we arrive knowing the layout.

My building requires a reserved freight elevator. How do you work with that?

We deliver around it. Most Pearl buildings hold a sign-up window for the freight elevator, and totes on a dolly are built for exactly that constraint: tall stable stacks, more per trip, no re-taping mid-move. Share your window when you book and we'll schedule delivery ahead of it so packing is already done.

I don't own a car, let alone a truck. Does tote rental still make sense?

It usually makes more sense, not less. Delivery and pickup are free, so the totes require no vehicle at all on your part. For the move itself, totes load a rented truck or a mover's van faster than loose boxes, and for a short hop within the district some people simply roll them block by block on the hand truck. The whole system assumes less vehicle, not more.

How many totes does a Pearl loft actually need?

Most studios and one-bedrooms land on 10 totes for $97 or 25 for $127. A larger two-bedroom loft with real storage usually wants the 50-tote package at $197.
